Will I receive diplomatic terms?
Yes, subject to proof of status you are entitled to diplomatic terms
How do I prove my Diplomatic status?
By completing the Proof of Status form and having it stamped by the embassy or high commission which you are affiliated, along with a copy of your diplomatic passport.
Can I order a vehicle with flagpoles?
Yes, we can supply one or both flagpoles as necessary. They are available to factory order for both the E-Class and S-Class Saloon models.
How long will it take for my vehicle to arrive?
This depends on your desired specification please contact us to provide an ETA for your preferred vehicle
Can I order an armoured vehicle?
Yes, we can supply Guard vehicles built to your specifications for UK use and registration subject to full disclosure of usage
How much deposit is required?
A 25% deposit is required on all orders this must come from the customer (registered keeper) / finance house directly
Do you offer finance?
Yes, leasing options are available for official Embassy cars, subject to credit acceptance.
Do you offer part exchange?
No, unfortunately we do not offer part-exchange
Do you have stock vehicles available for quick delivery?
UK specification right-hand drive vehicles are available for quick delivery subject to specification and availability
In which currency must I pay for the vehicle?
Our vehicles are sold & received in GBP only
Can I collect my vehicle from Germany?
No, unfortunately factory collection is not available
What happens after I place my order?
Once you have placed your order with us we will then order your vehicle from the factory and keep you updated as the vehicle is built and nears its delivery time
Is the price guaranteed?
The price payable on the vehicle will be the relevant price on the day of delivery. Mercedes-Benz from time to time may issue price increases.
How and when do I pay the balance?
The remaining balance must be paid and cleared (minimum 2 working days) before the proposed handover date – BACS or CHAPS transfer is the usual method for payment - this must come from the customer / finance house directly.
